Face surgeries

Facelift

The passage of time leaves unfortunately its mark on our faces. Our wrinkles, those tangible evidence of the emotions that have shaped our life, are becoming increasingly visible over the years. Our skin loses its elasticity which aggravates the effects of time. A facelift is designed to re-drape facial and sometimes neck skin when less-invasive treatments are not sufficient or when the patient wants a more lasting result.

Brow Lift

A brow lift consists in raising the eyebrows in order to give them a better position and thus rejuvenate your look. It is often combined with a blepharoplasty.

Blepharoplasty

Blepharoplasty may, depending on the type of intervention, be performed without general anesthesia. This procedure removes excess skin on the upper and/or lower eyelids. If the field of your vision is clearly affected by this extra skin, the upper eyelid surgery may, in some cases, be covered by your health insurance.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty consists in reshaping the ear tissues to correct a deformation called prominauris (protruding ear). The procedure is generally performed under general anesthesia for children aged 5 and over. However, it can also be done under local anesthesia for older patients. This surgery is covered by the Medicare until the age of 18. Thereafter, it is considered to be aesthetic.
